       Snowden Edmund Jenings John Galloway Joseph Cowman and John
       Pritchard their ^Heirs^ Executors Administrators or Assigns or such of them
       as should be entituled to the respective share or shares of the said
       parties thereto should and would be and Continue Joint adventerer
       in Compleating and Carrying on the said Iron works therein
       Mentioned and w^h^ich then were or thereafter should be Compleated and
       Erected at their Joint risque and Expence and for their Joint Benefit
       and advantage proportionable to the shares and Parts which they and
       every of them then had or which they or Either of them their or either of their
       heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns should thereafter have in or
       to the said Works or any of them During the Continuance of the said
       Joint Adventure or Copartnership and which said Joint Adventure and
       Copartnership is thereby intended agreed and Declared to be and Continue
       for and During the Term of five hundred years from the Date thereof
       fully to be Compleat and ended and which Joint adventure and Copartnership
       should During the Continuance be stiled and Known by
       the name and appellation of the Patuxent Iron works Company as by
       the said Articles of Agreement relation being thereunto had may more
       fully and ^at^ Large appear And Whereas there is the quantity of ten
       thousand one hundred Acres of Land specified in the Articles of Agreement
       aforesaid Conveyed or therein agreed or mentioned or Intended to be
       Conveyed in fee for the Uses of the said Works to and amongst the said
       Parties to the said articles of agreement and their heirs & their representatives
       who would or might be intituled to any Share of Part of the
       said Iron works as by the said Articles of Agreement relation being
       thereunto had may more fully and at Large appear And Whereas
       the af.d John Galloway party hereto and Party to the Articles of
       Agreement aforesaid his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       is or are Entituled or is or are in the said Articles of Agreement mentioned
       or Intended to be entituled to one full sixteenth Part (the whole into
       Sixteen Equal Parts being divided) of the said Iron works and tracts
