       Land with the Appurtenances containing five hundred Acres more or
       less called or known by the Name of Chesterfield situate and being in
       Kent County af.d originally granted to a certain Vincent Lowe which
       said fine so to be acknowledged and levyed is as af.d and all and every
       other Fine & Fines in what manner and form soever after the Day of the
       Date of these Presents levyed or acknowledged or to be levyed or Acknowledged
       of the Premisses or any Part thereof between the said Parties to these Presents
       or any of them by any Name or Names whatsoever shall be and enure
       and shall be construed expounded adjudged deemed and taken to be and
       enure and are hereafter declared and agreed to be and enure to the Use of
       and Behoof of the af.d Joshua George and his heirs to the Intent and Purpose
       that the same Joshua George may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the Premisses
       and of every Part with the Appurtenances until a good and perfect common
       Recovery shall and may be had and executed of all the af.d Tract of Land
       Premisses and Appurtenances against him the said Joshua George according
       to the true Intent and meaning of these Presents and of the Parties
       hereunto Had for that Purpose it is further concluded condescended covenanted
       and agreed by and between all and every of the Parties af.d to these Presents
       that after the Acknowledging and levying the said fine to the same Joshua
       by the af.d Ernault and Jane as af.d and before the End of April Term af.d
       a good and perfect common Recovery in the Nature of a common Recovery for
       assurance of Lands shall be had executed and perfected of and for all and singular
       the af.d Tract of Land Premisses & Appurtenances at the proper Costs and
       Charges in the Law of the said Joshua and for that End and Purpose One
       Writ of Entry Sue Disseisin in le Post shall be brought in the Name of the af.d
       James Calder as Plaintiff or Demandant against the same Joshua George
       as tenant of and for the same Tract of Land with the Appurtenances to which
       Writ the same Joshua shall appear gratis in his proper Person and shall
       and will vouch to warrant the Premisses the same Ernault and Jane his
       Wife who shall vouch the common Vouchee and such further Proceedings
