       And likewise that ^he^ the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs & assigns for ever shall &
       may have hold Possess & Enjoy all other the Bargained Premisses with all and
       Singular the Liberties Priviledges & Licences herein before Expresses to the
       Uses herein before mentioned (Except as before ^is^ Excepted) without any Let
       Hindrance Obstruction or Impediment whatsoever of him the said Will.m
       Hammond or his heirs or any Person Claiming from by or under him
       or them   Provided always that it shall not be Lawfull for the said
       Benjamin Tasker his heirs or Assigns to Cut Down any Timber or Wood
       on the Land of him the said William Hammond not herein Absolutely
       Bargained & Sold Except where it Shall be necessary for the more Commodious
       Digging Raising or Carrying Away of the Oar Mine Metall
       Mineral or Fossills in the said Land or the raising of Water Cutting
       or making Water Courses or Drains and Provided always that all
       such Trees & Woods as shall be Necessary cut or felld for the uses and
       Purposes af.d shall remain Continue & be the Property of him the said
       William Hammond his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns any thing in these
       Presents to the Contrary Notwithstanding And the said William Hammond
       for himself & his heirs doth Covenant & Agree to & with the said Benjamin     
       Tasker his heirs & assigns to make do or Execute any further or other
       Deed or Conveyance which shall be reasonably Advised Devised or
       required by the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs or assignes at his
       & their Proper Cost & Charge for the better & more firm Assurance
       & Suremaking of the Premisses to the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs
       & Assigns to the uses af.d In Witness whereof the said William     
       Hammond hath hereunto Set his hand & Seal the Day & Year
       first above Written
Sealed & Delivered                                                     W Hammond   seal
In the P.rsence of
                Tho.s Addison               On the Back of the foregoing
                Nich.o Chase               Deed is thus endorst (Viz.t)
