       soever and y.e said Thomas Cresap doth for him Self his Heiyres
       Covenant and agree to and with y.e said Jacob Mires his heirs and
       assigns for Ever ^ever^ that he y.e s.d Tho.s Cresap his heirs and assigns the
       said Land and premisses afore Mentioned shall and for Ever warrent
       and Defend against all Manner of persons what soever
       Claiming any Right title or Intrest there unto by from or under
       him if y.e s.d Tho.s Cresap his heirs or Assigns or by from or under
       him or them or Either of them and Lastly he y.e s.d Tho.s Cresap
       Doth Covenant and agree for him self his heirs Exers and
       Admr.s To and With y.e said Jacob Mires his heirs and assigns
       that he y.e s.d Tho.s Cresap his heirs and assigns shall and will
       at y.e Reasonable Requests and at y.e Charges and Cost of the
       said Jacob Mires his heirs and assigns Make Such further and
       other grant and assurance for y.e same Making and Confirming
       of aforesaid Lands and premisses with their appurtenances
       Unto him the said Jacob Mires his Heirs and assigns for Ever
       According to the True Intent and Meaning hereof as he the said
       Jacob Mires his heirs and assigns shall by Their Counsil
       Learned in the Law be Reasonably Devised advised or required
       in for Witness whereof y.e Martyrs to these presents hereunto
       set there hands and The day and Year first above Written

       Matth Boucher               On the back of the aforegoing
