       the said Zachariah Wade my Heirs and assigns do warrant
       and for ever defend by these Presents.  In Witness whereof I have
       hereunto set my Hand and Seal this sixteenth Day of January
       Annoq Dom one thousand seven hundred forty and one or two
       Signed sealed and Delivered                      Zach.a Wade   Seal

                                                                            aforegoing Instrument
                                        Jn.o Hawkins Jun.r       was thus indorst (Viz.t)

       Prince Georges County fs.t      On the sixteenth Day of
       January one thousand seven hundred forty one or two came
       Zachariah Wade Party to the within Deed before us two of his
       Lordship's Justices of the Peace for the County afs.d and acknowledged
       the within Deed and the Land & Premisses therein mentioned
       to be the Right Title and Inheritance of the within named Elizabeth
       Harrison and her Heirs for ever according to the Purport of the
       same and together with him came Mary the Wife of the said
       Zachariah Wade and acknowledg'd her Right of Dower
                      Taken and acknowledg'd according to Law
                      Die & Anno supradictis coram nobis

       Prince Georges County fs.t     
          in Maryland                                                         Jn.o Hawkins Jun.r
                            By this be it known to all whom        
       it doth or may concern that the above
       named Tho.s Owen and John Hawkins Jun.r at the time of the
       taking and subscribing the above Acknowledgment were two of the
       Right Honble the Lord Propry ^of the Province of Maryland^ that now is his Justices of the
       Peace for the County af.d duly commissioned and sworn In
       Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and affixed
Seal the publick seal of the County af.d this third Day of February
       Anno Dom seventeen hundred and forty one
