       Harrison of Charles County in the af.d Province Gent as also for divers
       other good Causes & valuable Considerations me at this present more
       especially moving having granted aliend enfeoffed confirmd and made
       over and by these presents do fully and clearly give grant alien enfeof
       confirm and make over unto the said Elizabeth Harrison who intermarried
       as af.d his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that ^part or^ parcel of a Tract
       of Land called Constant Friendship lying and being Scituate
       on Bush River in Baltimore County in the Province af.d Beginning
       at the End of ninety nine Perches in the first Line from the
       beginning Tree of said Land and running thence East North East
       two hundred eighty nine Perches then South South East two hundred
       & twenty Perches then with a streight Line to the foresaid End of ninety
       nine Perches in the first Line of the said Land (as by a Deed of Partition
       dated the twentieth Day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven
       hundred and thirty four between Virlinda Brown Mary Dawson and
       William Penson Gent of Prince Georges County Relation being thereunto
       had may more fully and at large appear the said Deed being
       enrolled among the Records of Baltimore County) containing two
       hundred and thirty eight Acres more or less together with all the Rights
       Members Jurisdictions and Appurtenances to the said Parcel of
       Land belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to
       hold the said Parcel of Land and Premisses to her the said Elizabeth
       Harrison who intermarried as aforesaid and to her Heirs and Assigns
       for ever to her and their proper Uses and Behoof and to no other
       Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And I the said Zachariah
       Wade the said Parcel of Land and Premisses to her the said
       Elizabeth Harrison her Heirs and Assigns for ever against me
