288 and sold and every part and parcell thereof with their and every of their Rights Priveledges Members and Appurtenances unto the said Richard Williams his Executors and Administrators from the Day next before the Day of ^the Date of^ these presents for and during and unto the full end and Term of one whole year from thence next ensueing fully to be Compleat and Ended Yielding and paying therefore during the said Term unto the said William Black and Hannah his Wife their Heirs or Assigns the Rent of a pepper Corn only on the Last day the said Term if the same shall be lawfully Demanded to the Intent that by Virtue of these presents and of the statute made for transferring of uses into possession the said Richard Williams may be in the full and actual possession of all and singular the premisses hereby bargained and sold or mentioned or Intended so to be with their and every of their Appurtenances and be thereby enabled to accept and take a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his heirs To the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Richard Williams and of his heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof the said William Black and Hannah his Wife have to this present Indenture respectively sett their hands and seals the Day and Year first above written William seal Black Hannah seal Black On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed Sealed and Delivered by the within named William Black and Hannah his Wife (being first duely Stampt) In the presence of James Dick Daniel Russell Edward Grubb |
