       and Administrators All that Tract of Land now or Late called
       part of Darnalls Delight in Prince Georges County in the
       province of Maryland aforesaid containing by Estimation
       One Thousand and six hundred Acres be the same more or less
       And all that mansion or Dwelling House which was erected
       on some Part of the said Tract of Land by Henry Darnall
       Esquire with all and singular the Appurtenances thereunto
       Belonging And All that other Tract of Land now or Late
       called Elizabeth adjoyning to the said first mentioned Tract
       of Land containing by Estimation Three hundred Acres or
       thereabouts And also All that other Tract of Land now
       or Late called Darnalls last Addition adjoining to the said
       last mentioned Tract of Land containing by Estimation One
       hundred and fifty Acres be the same more or Less Together
       with all Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings Orchards
       Gardens cleared and uncl^e^ared Lands Pastures Woods
       Underwoods with all Rights Benefits Priveledges and
       Advantages whatsoever to the said severall Tracts of
       Land Mansion house and premisses hereby bargained
       and sold or to any part or parcell thereof belonging or in any
       wise appertaining and all other the tracts of Land Plantations
       Messuages Lands and Tenements whatsoever
       of him the said William Black Scituate lying and being
       in Prince Georges County of ^or elsewhere in^ Maryland or in America
       aforesaid howsoever butted bounded or Described which the s.d
       William Black purchased of the said Henry Darnall
       To Have and To Hold the said severall Tracts of
       Land Plantations Messuages Lands Tenements
       Hereditaments and all and singular the premisses
       therein before mentioned or Intended to be hereby bargained
