       January the 15.th 1741   Received of Jacob Giles Satisfaction for the
       Sum of Two hundred & Ninety Pounds Sterling being the Consideration
       Money within mentioned for the Use of John Taillor

Christ.r Gist                  named John Galloway Attorney in fact for John
                         Taillor of London Merchant before me the Subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court & acknowledged
       the within Deed to be his Act & Deed & the Land & Premisses therein
       mentioned to be the right & Estate of the said Jacob Giles his
       Heirs and Assignes for Ever                     W.m Rogers
      
       Jan.ry 15 1741   Reced of M.r Jacob Giles for the Use of the Right
       Honble the Lord Baltimore Eight and Twenty Shillings and
       Six Pence Sterling being for the Alienation fyne of the within
12 s.d Lands being Seven hundred & Twelve Acres

Ex.d         This Indenture made the Twentieth day of February
       in the fourteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
       second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland
       King Defender of the faith &.r And in the year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred and forty Between William
       Black of London Merchant and Hannah his Wife of the
       one part and Richard Williams of Patuxent River in Prince
       Georges County in the province of Maryland Merchant
       of the other part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration
       of the sum of five shillings of Lawful money of Great Britain
       to the said William Black and Hannah his wife in hand
       paid by the said Richard Williams at and before the Sealing
       and Deliver of these presents The Receipt whereof is hereby
       acknowledged They the said William Black and Hannah
       his Wife have and each of them Hath bargained and sold
       and by these presents do and each of them doth Bargain
       and Sell unto the said Richard Williams his Executors
