285) supposed to be Clear of Water (that is to say) Beginning at a bounded red Oak Standing upon the Descent of an Hill near to a run at the West End of a Parcell of Land formerly taken up for Thomas Griphin late of the aforesaid County of Baltemore called Eightrup & running from thence North and by West Six hundred Perches to a bounded Gum thence East Seventy Perches to the said river of Susquehanna thence bounding on and with the said Susquehanna River running down untill it intersect the aforesaid Land called Eightrup thence running with & Joyning on said Eightrup West three hundred & twenty Perches to the first Tree Containing Seven hundred & Twelve Acres Together with all Buildings Improvements Profitts Advantages and Appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold unto him the said Jacob Giles his Heirs & Assignes for Ever to his & their own Use & to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said John Galloway for and on behalf of him the said John Taillor & his Heirs Doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Jacob Giles his Heirs and Assignes that he and they shall & may from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter peaceably and Quietly have hold possess and Enjoy all and Singular the Premisses without any Let Molestation or Trouble of him the said John Taillor or his Heirs or any Persons Claiming by or Under him or them And that the said John Taillor shall and will at any time within Twelve Months from the Date of these Presents at the Instance and request and Proper Cost and Charge of the said Jacob Giles his Heirs or Assignes do Execute and Perform any further Act Deed or Conveyance of the Premisses which shall be devised and required by the said Jacob Giles his Heirs or Assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law In Witness whereof the said John Galloway hath to these presents set his hand and Seal the Day & Year first above written John Galloway Attorny in fact for John Taillor Seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Vizt Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of Us W.m Rogers Josh Hopkinson (January) |
