       and to hold unto them the said John Darnall & Charles Carroll
       their Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to their own Proper use and
       behoofe all and Singular the Premisses abovementioned & to no
       other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said Edmund
       Kelly doth for himself his Heirs Exe.rs & Adm.rs Covenant promise
       Grant & Agree to and With the said John Darnall & Charles
       Carroll their Executors Administrators and Assignes that he the
       said Edmund Kelly his Heirs Exec.rs & Adm.rs all & singular the
       above bargained Premisses unto the said John Darnall & Charles
       Carroll their Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes against all Manner of Persons
       whatsoever will Warrant & for Ever Defend by these presents
