       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst vizt
       July the 6 1741   Rece.d of the within named Sarah Guyther
       the sum of five Shillings Current Money being the Consideration
       within mentioned
   Test Robert Gordon                              Sam Ogle

       Mem.d That on the sixth day of July seventeen hundred
       and forty one Came before me the one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Samuel
       Ogle Esq.r & Acknowledged the within Instrument to be
       his Act and Deed and the Lands & premisses therein
       Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named
       Sarah Guyther and her assigns for and During the Term
       of the Natural life of her the said Sarah according
       to the True Intent & Meaning & the same and the
       Act of Assembly in such case made and provided

Ex.d Maryland fs.t   This Indenture made the Sixteenth Day of September
       Anno Domini one thousand Seven hundred and forty one Between
       Captain Philip Jones of Ann Arundell County of the one Part and
       Alexander Lawson of Baltemore County Gentleman of the other Part
       Whereas the Right Honourable Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary
       of the Provinces of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore
       &c.a by his Letters of Pattent under the Great Seal of the said
       Province of Maryland bearing Date the Second Day of August in
       the twenty third Year of his Dominion over the said Province Annoq
       Domini Seventeen Hundred & thirty Seven (for the Considerations
       therein mentioned) Did therefore thereby Grant unto him the said
       Philip Jones All that Tract or Parcell of Land called Bread and
       Cheese Mill lying & being in Baltimore County between the
       the Head of Bear Creek and a Second Branch called Bread
       & Cheese Branch and Joyning to both Beginning at a bounded
       White Oak standing Just by the said Bread & Cheese Branch on
       the South Side of the Same Opposite where the Tide Commonly
