       for the before mentioned Bargained premisses or any part or
       parcel thereof unto him the said Samuel Ogle or his heirs
       Ex.rs or Adm.rs for and during the Term of the Natural
       life of her the said Sarah Guyther as aforesaid But
       that she the Sarah Guyther & her assigns shall
       have hold possess & Enjoy all and singular the premisses
       aforesaid with the Appurts to the same in
       anywise belonging & shall & may make Receive
       possess & take to her own use & behoofe for & during
       The Term aforesaid all the profits Benefits & Advantages
       whatsoever that can or may be made on
       & upon the premisses aforesaid and all & singular
       the Appurts to the same belonging without any lett
       Molestation Interruption or Denyal of him the same
       Samuel Ogle his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assigns or of
       from or under him or them without of or any manner
       of Impeachment or wast whatsoever and the said
       Sarah Guyther for her self & her assigns doth covenant
       promise and agree to and with the said Samuel
       Ogle his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs that she the said Sarah
       Guyther & her Assigns yearly and every year during
       the Term aforesaid Shall pay & satisfie the several
       yearly Quit Rents Growing due on the premisses af.d
       and every part thereof unto the Right Honble the
       Lord proprietary of this province or his agents
       Receivers or other person or persons who are to receive
       the same & shall and will Clearly Exonerate and
       Discharge the said Samuel Ogle his heirs Ex.rs &
       Adm.rs of or from rendering or paying any Quit
       Rents whatsoever to his said Lordship his heirs
       and successors for the said Demised premisses or
       any part thereof for & during the Term of the Natural
       life of her the said Sarah Guyther as aforesaid In
       Witness whereof the said Samuel Ogle hath hereunto
       set his hand & seal the day & year first above menconed
       Sealed and Delivered
