       aforesaid John Rendell do Constitute Nominate and Appoint
       William Dallam of Baltimore County in the
       province af.d Gent true and Lawfull Attorney to the said
       John Hankins in my stead & to and for the use of John
       Hankins in his Capacity of Executor ^as^ af.d to Ask Demand
       sue for and Recover of and from all and Every person
       or persons Inhabitants of the province of Maryland all
       sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes or other
       Effects or Estate whatsoever which they Either or any of
       them now do or hereafter shall owe or be indebted
       or have in their Either or any of their hands or possession
       due owing payable or in any wise belonging or
       appertaining to the Estate of the said John Frisby
       whether by special book debt consignment or otherwise
       alsoe to State Settle and Adjust all Accounts
       with all and Every person or persons whatsoever and
       the Ballance or Ballances thereof to receive and upon
       nonpayment thereof the said person or persons and
       Every of them their and Every of their Executors and
       Administrators for him and on his Name to sue and
       Implead for the same and upon such suit to proceed
       to Judgment and Execution and theirupon the said person
       or persons forth of Prison to Discharge and Acquittances
       for the whole or any part thereof for & in his
       Name to make seal & Deliver and to do perform &
       Execute all and every other Lawfull and reasonable
       Acts both for obtaining & Discharging the same Giveing
       and by these P.rsents granting unto the said William   
       Dallam my full and Absolute power in the p.rmisses
       Ratifying whatsoever the said William Shall lawfully
       do or Cause to be done in or about the p.rmises by virtue
