240 and Charles Parsons all of Somerset County In the Province of Maryland Panters and sons of a certain Edward Parsons Late of S.t Marys County In the said Province Shipwright Thomas Tomison of said County of Somerset Planter and Eliz.a His Wife formerly Elizabeth Parsons and Sister to the aforesaid Robert John and Charles Parsons of the one part and Henry Lowes of said County of Somerset & province of Maryland Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth That They the said Robert John and Charles Parsons and Thomas Tomison and Elizabeth His wife for Divers Good Causes and Consideration them Thereunto Moving Butt more Especially for and In Consideration of the sum of twenty Five pounds paid before the Ensealing and Delivering of these presents The Receit whereof they the same Robert Parsons John Parsons Charles Parsons Thomas Tomison and Elizabeth his wife doth hereby Acknowledge and Themselves fully satisfyed and paid and Thereof and of every part or Parcell Thereof Doth Acquit Exonerate Release and Discharge the said Henry Lowes his Heirs Executors and Administrators for Ever And By These Presents Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Assigned and Confirmed And by these Presents Doth Bargain Grant Give Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Henry Lowes His Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that Tract or Parcell of Land Called Marvel Lying and being scituated In S.t Marys County In the Province of Maryland aforesaid Begining at a Bounded Red Oak abound Tree of a Tract of Land called Underwoods Choice Binding upon the said Land South and by East one Hundred and Thirty perches To a Bounded Chesnutt of the said Land Thence west five Degrees Southerly Sixty Nine perches to a |
