       to a Bounded Pock hiccory a Bounded Tree of Constant Daniels
       Land called S.t Patrick Thence Binding on the said Land
       North west thirty Eight Perches to a Bounded Maple standing
       by a tree Called Balridges still Keeping on north
       west twenty perches to the South Side of Trinity Creek
       Thence North North East Seventy perches to a Bounded white
       Oak Standing on the North Side of Trinity Creek In
       the Main Road that goes from S.t Marys to Point Lookout
       Thence East two Hundred and Eighty Six
       perches to a marked Oak standing In the Enteriour
       Line of M.r William Gutherie and thence South
       Binding on the said Gutheries Land Eighty Perches
       to a marked oak of the said Underwoods Arvice one
       Hundred and Eighty perches to the first Bounder Containing
       and being Laid out for two Hundred and
       forty Acres More or less to be Holden of the mannour
       of west S.t Maries and which Land Is Now called
       Lowes Adventure Together with all and Singular Its
       Rights Jurisdiction and Appurtenances with all
       Houses out Houses Barnes Stables and all other
       Buildings orchards Gardens Fencing Timber underwoods
       Profits Common of pasture Hereditaments
       Privilidges & Appurtenances In any wise apertaining
       or belonging to the said Land or any part or Parcell
       Thereof and Also all the Estate Right title claim Interest
       and Demand which they the said Robert Parsons John
       Parsons Charles Parsons Thomas Tomison and Eliza
       his wife Hath or may Have or Claim of in or unto the
       said Land and premisses To have and to Hold the
       said Parcell of Land and all and Singular the premisses
       Hereby Intended to be Sold and Conveyed with their
       apurtenances unto the said Henry Lowes His Heirs
       and Assigns for ever unto the only proper use and
       behoof of the said Henry Lowes His Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever and they the said Robert Parsons John Parsons
       Charles Parsons Thomas Tomison and Elizabeth His wife
       for themselves and their Heirs ^do further Covenant and with the said Henry Lowes that they the^ said Robert Parsons
