       the said George Attwood his Heirs and Assigns and to and for no other
       Use Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Andrew Scott and
       Mary his wif for themselves and their Heirs the aforesaid Share
       or Part of a Tract of Land called Friendship and aforesaid against
       Himself and Herself and their Heirs and against all and
       every other Person or Persons whatsoever claiming by from or
       under Him Her or Them unto the said George Attwood   his
       Heirs and Assigns Shall and will Warrant and for ever defend
       by these presents In Witness whereof the said Andrew
       Scott and Mary his wife have to these presents interchangeably
       Sett their Hands and seals the Day and Year above written
       Sealed & Delivered                  And.r Scott   seal
       In the Presence of                     Mary Scott   seal
       Stephen Knight
       Witham Marshe

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Vizt
       Received the Day of the Date of the within Deed the full
       Consideration money of the within mentioned George Attwood
       I say reced in full p me   And.r Scott
       Witness Witham Marshe


       Be it remembered that on the Day of the Date of the within
       Deed then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the provincial Court the within Named Andrew
       Scott and Acknowledged the said within Deed & the Lands & premisses
       therein mentioned to be the sole Right of the within Named
       George Attwood according to the Act of Assembly in such Cases
       made and at the same time Came the within Name Mentioned
       Mary wife of the said Andrew Scott who being privately
       examined out of the hearing of her said Husband and did
       willingly and freely acknowledge the within Deed & the
       Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances to be the
