       Scott & Mary his wife [illegible] in Consideration of the sum of Fifty
       Pounds Sterling [illegible] to Him the said Andrew in Hand
       paid by [illegible] the Receipt whereof the said Andrew
       Scott do [illegible] acknowledge and Him the said George of every
       part [illegible] thereof doth hereby acquit He the said Andrew
       Scott & Mary his wife Have Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       [illegible] and Confirmed and by these presents Do Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Release and Confirm unto the said
       George Attwood his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that
       Share or part of a Tract of Land called Friendship taken
       up between the late Colonel Thomas Addison & the
       aforesaid William Hutchinson deceased Containing Four
       Hundred and Twenty five Acres more or less lying and being
       in Prince Georges County aforesaid upon a Branch that runs
       into the Eastern Branch of Potomack River the said Land
       joining to a Tract of Land called Yarrow taken up by a certain
       Archibald Edmondstone xxxxxxxx and now possessed
       by a Certain James Edmondstone which said Share or part
       of a Tract of Land called Friendship was Devised to the said
       Mary by the Testament and last Will of her said Father
       William Hutchinson deceased or by the said Will relation being
       thereunto had may more plainly Appear To Have and
       to Hold the said Share or Part of a Tract of Land
       together with all and Singular the Advantage Improvements
       Conveniances and Appurtenances whatsoever to the
       said Share or Part of a Tract of Land in anywise belonging
       or Appertaining unto the said George Attwood his Heirs
       and Assigns to the onely proper use and Behoof of Him
