       the seventeenth Day of April Anno Dom 1741 then came before
       Me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial
       Court the within named Andrew Scott acknowledged the within
       Deed and the Lands and premisses aforementioned to
       be ^to^ the sole Use of the within Named George Attwood for the
       Uses Intents and purposes limited and express all the said
       Deed and at the same time the within mentioned [illegible]
       wife of the above said Andrew Scott who being privately
       Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband and
       freely and willingly Acknowledged the within Deed & the
       Lands and premisses therein specifyed to be the sole right
       of the above said George Attwood his Heirs and Assigns for
       the Uses Intents and purposes onely as in the within Deed
       are Limited and appointed without any Coertion of her
       said Husband Ill usage or Fear of his Displeasure

       One Between Andrew Scott of Prince Georges County Chyrurgeon
       and Mary his wife one of the Daughters and Devisees  
       of William Hutchinson late of the said County deceased of the
       One Part and George Attwood of the County aforesaid Gentleman
