       Liver of them without any Impeachment of or for any Manner
       of Want and to the use and Behoof of the Heir and other Children
       of the said Mary according to such Conveyance as shall be
       thereof made by the said Andrew and Mary his wife to the said
       heir and other Children for ever after the Decease of the said
       Andrew and Mary his wife and the longest Liver of
       Them and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       And the said Andrew Scott and Mary his wife for
       Themselves and their Heirs the aforesaid Severall Tracts or
       Parcells of Land and every of them against Himself and ^her self &^ their
       Heirs and against all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever
       claiming by from or under Him Her or Them unto the said
       George Attwood his heirs and Assigns to the uses and Purposes
       aforesaid shall and will warrant and forever Defend by
       These presents In Witness whereof the said Andrew Scott
       and Mary his wife and the said George Atwood have to these
       Presents Interchangeably Sett their Hands and
       Seals the Day and year above written
