       Alien and Confirm unto the said George Attwood his Heirs and Assignes
       for ever to the Uses hereinafter mentioned All that Share of part of a
       Parcell of Land called White haven lying in the County aforesaid upon
       Potomack River near the lower Falls of the said River containing
       Three Hundred and Fifty Acres more or less being one half of the said
       Tract and joining upon a Tract of land called Philip and Jacob
       taken up by the late Colonel Thomas Addison And also all that
       Tract or Parcell of Land called Speedwell lying in the said County
       containing One Hundred and Thirty Eight Acres adjoining to the
       Dwelling Plantation of the late John Abington And Also all
       that one other Tract or Parcell of Land called Saturdays work
       lying and being in the County aforesaid containing by Estimation
       Two Hundred and Eight Acres more or less joining upon the
       dwelling Plantation of the said late John Abington and the afores.d
       Tract of Land called Speedwell together with all and singular
       the Dwelling Houses Outhouses Kitchens Quarters Barnes Stables
       Tobacco Houses Orchards Gardens Yards and all Other
       the Improvements Coveniences and Advantages whatsoever
       to the several and respective Tracts and Parcells of Land so as
       above Sold and Confirmed in any wise appertaining or belonging
       and also all the Estate Right Title Interest property claim
       and Demand of Them the said Andrew Scott and Mary his
       wife of in and to the said severall Tracts or Parcells of Land
       and Premisses and every Part thereof All which said Several Tracts
       of Land were devised to the said Mary by the Testament and last
       Will of the said William Hutchinson deceased as by the said     
       will Relation being thereunto had ^may more fully Appear^ to the uses and purposes herein
       after mentioned may more fully appear To have and to Hold
       the said Several Tracts or Parcells of LAnd with the Premisses
       with all and Singular the Appurtenances unto the said George
       Attwood his Heirs and Assigns to the Uses Intent and Purpose
       herein after mentioned that is to say To the use and Behoofe of
       the [illegible] Andrew Scott and Mary his wife for and during
       [illegible] Naturall Lives and the Life of the longest
