       the Receipt and payment where of the said Elizabeth Cockey doth
       hereby acknowledge as also for and in Consideration of the Natural
       Love and affection which the said Elizabeth Cockey Doth bear to
       Elizabeth Boone wife of the said Robert Boone Daughter of the said
       Eliz.a Cockey and to James Moss & Rich.d Moss of Ann Arundell County
       Planters sons of the said Eliz.a Cockey and to Ann Hammond daughter
       to Thomas John Hammond of the said County and Grand Daughter of
       the said Elizabeth Cockey and also for and in Consideration of such
       a Decent and Comfortable Maintenance for and during the life of
       the said Elizabeth Cockey which the said Robert Boone doth hereby
       for him self his Ex.rs and Adm.rs Promise and Agree to Provide for the
       said Elizabeth Cockey his mother in Law and also divers good Causes
       and Considerations her the said Elizabeth Cockey thereunto Specially
       moveing she the said Elizabeth Cockey hath in further Confirmation
       and assurance of the said herein before recited Deed Poll constituted
       and Authorized and by these Presents doth ^appoint^ Constitute and Appoint
       Authorize the said Robert Boone her true and Lawfull attorney
       Irrevocable for her and in her name to Ask demand and require and
       receive of and from the Ex.r and Ex.rs of the said Thomas Cockey all her
       said third Part and share of her said late husbands Personal Estate
       to the uses Intents and Purposes herein after mentioned Viz.t one
       third part thereof to the use of him self the said Robert Boone his
       Ex.rs Adm.rs and the other two third Parts to be Equally Divided
       between my two sons James Moss and Rich.d Moss & my Grand Daughter
       Ann Hammond their Ex.rs Adm.rs to the use of the said Ann Hammond
       to be Paid to her at the Age of sixteen years or day of Marriage
       but in Case of her dying before such Age or day of Marriage then
       to the use of the said Boone his Ex.rs Adm.rs and to no other use
