       Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said Elizabeth Cockey for
       the Consideration aforesaid hath bargained sold and Delivered and
       by these Presents doth Grant bargain sell and Deliver unto the said
       Robert Boone all her goods Chattles Negroes Husbandry Corn Hay
       Stock household Goods ready money Credits and Personall Estate
       whatsoever which she now is in Possession of or is Entituled unto as
       Widdow of her said late Husband deceased To have & to hold the
       said Goods Chattles Negroes Husbandry Corn Hay Stock house hold
       goods ready money Credits and Personall Estate whatsoever and
       every part and Parcel thereof to the uses Trusts Intents and
       Purposes herein before mentioned and to no other use Trust Intent or
       Purpose whatsoever and the said Elizabeth Cockey for her self her
       Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns doth Covenant Promise and grant to and with
       the said Robert Boone his Ex.rs and Adm.rs by these Presents in Manner
       and form following Viz.t That he the said Robert Boone his Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       shall and Lawfully may Peaceably and Quietly have hold use Occupy
       Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the before mentioned Premisses and
       every Part and Parcel thereof without the Let suit Trouble Mollestation
       Interuption Eviction Claim or Demand whatsoever of her the said
       Elizabeth Cockey her Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns or by any other Person
       or Persons whatsoever which may hereafter have any Right Claim
       or Demand whatsoever to the said Premisses or any Part or Parcell
       thereof in or by Virtue of any Act or Deed whatsoever to be done
       or Executed by the said Elizabeth Cockey and the s.d Robert Boone
       doth by these Presents in Consideration of the Premisses Covenant
       Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Elizabeth Cockey
       her Ex.rs Adm.rs by these Presents that he the said Robert Boone
