       doth hereby Acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully satisfied
       & contented and by these Presents doth Release and discharge the s.d
       Alexander Lawson & his heirs of and from every Part and Parcel
       thereof Hath Granted Bargained & sold and by these presents
       doth Grant Bargain and sell unto the said Alexander Lawson
       his heirs and assigns for ever all that Lot or Parcell of Ground
       lying in Baltimore Town Potapsicoe River Numberd in the Platt
       of the said Town Forty and five Together with all the Improvements
       and appurts thereunto belonging To have and to
       hold the said Lot of Ground together with all the Buildings
       Improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging to him
       the said Alex.r Lawson his heirs and Assigns for ever and
       to no other use Intent and Purpose whatsoever And the said
       Alexander Black for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth
       hereby Covenant Grant and agree to and with the said Alex.r
       Lawson his heirs & Assigns that the Lot of Ground afores.d
       together with the Improvements and Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging to him the said Alexander Lawson his heirs
       & Assigns will warrant and defend as well from and
       against him the said Alexander Black and all person
       or persons Claiming by from or under him as from and
       against William Hammond George Hurt and Michael
       Macnemara or any person or persons Claiming by from or under
       them or either of them In Witness whereof the said Alex.r
       Black the Party first above mentioned to these Presents
       hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year
       first above mentioned

       W Ghiselin         On the back of the aforegoing Deed is
       John Ramsay      thus Endorst Viz.t
