       Maryland fs   Know all Men by these Presents that I the within Named Isaac
       Holmes ^now^ of Ann Arundell County & Province af.d by Virtue of the within Power of
       Attorney to me Directed from the within Named Robert Mitchell & Mary his wife
       Lately Called Mary Oates & Ann Oates have Ordained Substituted & in my ^place^
       Put William Cumming of the City of Annapolis in the Province af.d Attorney
       at Law my true Lawfull Deputy & Attorney for me & in my Name
       or in the Name or Names of the af.d Robert Mitchell & Mary his wife
       And the af.d Ann Oates as well to Ask Levy Recover & Receive of the
       within named John Peninngton & James Wroth the Executors within
       mentioned all & Singular the Goods & Chattles of the within Named John
       Oates Deceased together with all the rents & Profits of the within
       Mentioned Lands & Premisses Together with all the Deed Evidences
       Bills Bonds & Writings therein mentioned in the hands Custody and
       Possession of the af.d John Pennington & James Wroth or in the hands
       Custody & Possession of any other Person or Persons whatsoever And
       in Default or non Payment or Delivery of the Goods & Chattells
       or Rents & Profits aforesaid or not Delivery of the Deed or Writes af.d
       to sue arrest implead or to use any Course in Law or Equity for the
       Recovery of the same and upon payment and Delivery of all
       or part thereof the af.d Goods & Chattels Rents & Profits Deeds &
       Writings Proper Receipts therefore in the Name of me & the
       af.d ^Robert^ Mitchell & Mary his Wife and the af.d Ann Oates to make
       seal & Deliver And further to do or Cause to be done all & Every
