Ex.d This Indenture made the Seventeenth day of October
       In the year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred & Forty Between
       Merchant of the One Part and Solomon Hillings of Baltimore County
       in the said Province Planter of the Other Part Witnesseth that
       the said James Paul Heath for and in Consideration of the Sum
       of fifty Pounds Sterling of Good & Currant lawfull money of Great
       Britain to him in hand paid by the said Solomon Hillings at
       or before the Sealing and Delivery of this Present Indenture the
       Receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof doth
       Acquit Exonerate & Discharge the said Solomon Hillings and
       his Heirs and Assigns & Every of them for Ever by these Presents
       Hath granted Bagained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed & by these
       Presents Doth grant bargaine Sell enfeoffe and Confirm unto the
       Said Solomon Hillings all that Tract of Land Called Paridise
       Situate lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid and on or
       Near a River Called the Back River Begining at a Markt Chesnut
       Standing by a little Cove and on the North side of the said River
       and Runing up the said River for Breadth west North west
       Ninety Perches unto a Markt Chesnut Oak Standing upon
       a point by a Cove on the River Side bounding on the said Chesnut
