       Oak by a Line Drawn North North East for Length into the Woods five hundred
       Thirty three Perches & one third Part of a Perch Bounding on the North North
       East by a Line Drawn East South East Ninety Perches bounding on the East
       South East by a Line Drawn South South west and unto the first Bounded
       Tree Containing & Laid Out for three hundred acres together with all woods
       Underwoods Timber & Trees Waters Water Courses Profits Emoluments
       Liberties Previleges Hereditaments and Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       or appertaining and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever in Law or Equity of the said
       James Paul Heath or his Heirs of in or to the said three hundred acres
       of Land & its appurtenances and Every Part thereof to have and to hold
       the said three hundred Acres of Land as above Discribed butted & bounded
       Which said Tract of Land was by Patent bearing date the First day of
       August in the year Sixteen hundred & Seventy three Granted to a Certain
       Giles Stevens and by by Severall Conveyances thereof made became the Estate
       of James Heath Father of Said James Paul Heath and all and
       Singular the Hereditaments and Premisses hereby above Granted or
       Mentioned or Intended to be Granted unto the said Solomon Hillings
       and his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to the Only Proper use and behoofe
       of the said Solomon Hillings and his Heirs and Assigns for Ever more
       And the said James Paul Heath for himself his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators and for Every of them to and with the said Solomon
       Hillings and his Heirs and Assigns and Every of them Doth Covenant
       Promise and agree that he the said James Paul Heath and
       his Heirs the af.d three hundred acres of Land and Premisses herein
       Above Granted or mentioned or Intended to be granted and Every
       Part and Parcel thereof unto the said Solomon Hillings and his
       Heirs and Assigns for Ever against him the said James Paul Heath
       and his Heirs and Against all and Every Person or Persons
       whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by from or under the said
       James Paul Heath or his Heirs or any of them shall and will
       Warrant and for Ever Defend by these Presents in Witness whereof
       the said Partie ^Heath^  to these Presents ^hath^ Enterchangeably Set Set his Hand
       & Seal hereunto Dated the Day & year first above Written
