       Sums of Money Goods or Chattels as does or shall Appear to be due Owing
       Or Payable unto me from the Estates of my two uncles Samuel and
       Robert Peele af.d Deced & in case of Default of payment to Sue arrest
       Attach Condemn and Imprison the Adm.rs af.d & his Body Goods or
       Chattels in Execution to take & the Same out of Execution to deliver
       Either upon Satisfaction by Composition or Otherwise at the will and
       Pleasure of my Said Attorney Acquittance or Other Sufficient Discharges
       in my Name to make Sell & Deliver Attorney or Attorneys one or more
       to make under him & the Same to revoke and to do & Execute whatsoever
       Act or thing which shall be Needfull or Expedient in or about the Premisses
       as fully & in as Large a maner to all Intents & Purposes as I the
       said Samuel Peele might or Could do Personally without any accompt
       thereof to be yealded to me my heirs Ex.rs or Administrators & whatsoever
       my said Attorney shall do or Cause to be done in or about or Concerning
       the Premises I do hereby & by these Presents ratifie Confirm & allow
       the Same In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand & Affixed my
