       into the Commissarys Offices by a Certain Day in the said Bond
       mentioned & pay the Sperate & Desperate Debts & return the
       same into the Commissarys office by a Certain Day in the said
       Bond mentioned & pay the Debts & Legacies of the Deceased & pass a
       just & true Account of his Administration by a Certain Day in the
       said Bond ^likewise^ mentioned as by the said Bond Containing severall other
       Conditions & Provisoes relation being thereunto had may more
       at large appear And Whereas ^likewise^ the said William Peele as principal
       & Alexander Black of London Town & County af.d Merchant and
       Roger Peele of the County af.d Ship Carpenter his Securities by
       their Certain Bond or Obligation bearing Date the Sixteenth day
       of July Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Nine
       did become Joyntly & Severally bound unto the said William     
       Cumming & Richard Snowden in the Sum of thirty thousand pounds
Sterl Conditioned that the said William Peele Alexander Black & Roger
        Peele & Every of them their & every of their Heirs Executors Adm.rs or
        Assignes Joyntly & Severally did and should from time to time
        & at all times thereafter well & sufficiently save harmless & keep
        indempnifyed the said William Cumming & Richard Snowden
        & every of them their & Every of their Heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assignes  
       of & from all payments Losses Damages Charges & Costs whatsoever
       which the said William Cumming & Richard Snowden or Either of
       them their or Either of their Heirs Executors or Adm.rs or Assignes or any
       of them had sustained or been put unto or should hereafter sustain
       or be ^put^ unto for or by reason of the said William Cumming & Richard
       Snowden or Either of them Entring into or Executing the af.d recited
       bond or Writing Obligatory as by the said last recited bond relation
       being likewise thereunto had may appear And Whereas likewise
       the said Alexander Black one of the Obligors to the last recited bond
       intends to leave this promise for Great Britain & therefore wants &
       be discharged from the said last recited Bond Which the said W.m
       Cumming & Rich.d Snowden at the Entreaty & by the means and
       request of the said William Peele have Consented & Agreed to
