       them the said Virlinda & Priscilla Taylor their & Either of their
       Heirs & assigns for ever To the only proper use & behoof of them
       the said Virlinda & Priscilla Taylor their heirs & assigns for
       Ever & to & for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Upon
       the Conditions af.d which said Negroes Called Cate & Betty as af.d
       I will by these presents Warrant & Defend to my said Daughters
       Virlinda & Priscilla Taylor their heirs & assigns for ever
       and to & for no other use as af.d In Witness whereof hereunto I
       have set my hand & Seal this Eighth Day of July Anno Dom

       Written Deed of Gift to be his Act & Deed & the Negroes w.th
       in Named ^mentioned^ to be the Sole Property of the w.thin Named Virlinda
       & Priscilla Taylor their heirs & assigns for ever According
       to the Purport & true meaning of the Same Writing In
       Testimony whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my
