       Daniel Dulany The receipt whereof the said Charles Sewall doth
       hereby acknowledge hath given Granted Bargained Sold made
       over & Confirmed and by these Presents Doth give grant Bargain
       Sell make over and Confirm unto the said Daniel Dulany all that
       Tract or Parcell of Land lying in Baltimore County at the head
       of Gunpowder River upon the North Side of the South Branch
       of the said River Begining at a Bounded white walnutt Standing
       by the said Branch and runing North One hundred and Ninety
       Six Perches to a Bounded Ash by arun Side Then runing North
       East Six hundred & Twenty Perches to a Bounded red Oak on the
       Descent of a hill near to arun then Runing South East four
       hundred and Ninety Perches to Another Bounded Red Oak
       Standing at the End of the Northwest Line of a Tract of Land formerly
       Taken up for Colonel Henry Darnall Then runing South West
       with the said Land Seven hundred & Twenty Perches to the said South
       Branch Then Runing up the said Branch by a Streight Line to
       the first tree Containing and laid out for two Thousand Acres
       More or less together with all Profitts Advantages & appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or deemed Reputed or taken as Part Parcell
       or member thereof to have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of
       Land unto him the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever to his and their own use and to no Other use Intent or Purpose
       Whatsoever And the said Charles Sewall for himself and his Heirs
       Doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Daniel Dulany
       his Heirs and Assigns That he the said Charles Sewall at the time
       of the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents is Seized in his Demisne
       as of fee ^of^ and in the Bargained Premisses and Every Part thereof
       without any Restriction or Limitation whatsoever and hath Good
       Right undoubted Power and Lawfull Authority to Sell Convey
       and Dispose of all and singular the Bargained Premisses to the
       true Intent and Meaning of these Presents And the said Charles
       Sewall for himself and his Heirs doth Covenant grant and agree
