       unto the said William Vernon the Mortgagor his Heirs & Assignes  
       All their Right title Interest claim & Demand of in & to the said
       within Mortgaged Premisses so that the said William Vernon his
       Heirs or Assignes shall & may be & stand seised thereof as of his and
       their former Estate any thing in the within Mortgage Deed to the

                               Know all Men by these Presents that Edward
       Fottrell of Annapolis Gent and Achsah his Wife Admin.x of all
       & Singular the Goods and Chattles which were of Amos Woodward
       late of Annapolis Esq.r deceased acknowledge to have received
       from Daniel Dulany Esq.r & Doctor Charles Carroll the Sum of
       three hundred & Nine Pounds fifteen Shillings and One Penny
       Current Gold Money which makes Sterling two hundred and
       thirty Two Pounds for Debt and Costs being in Discharge of a
       Judgment recovered by the said Achsah while she was sole &
       before her Intermarrying with the said Edward Fottrell against
       Richard Hill late of Ann Arundell County Chyrurgeon in the
       Provincial Court the Nineteenth Day of October Annoq Dom
       1736 on a bond of four hundred & Eighty four Pounds Sixteen Shillings
