122) And the said John Parish doth further Covenant & Agree to & with the said Charles his heirs & Assigns that he the said John shall & will at any time within Seven Years from the date of these Presents do & Execute any further or other Deed Conveyance or Assurance whatsoever whether the same shall be by fine or fines recovery or recoverys to be Levied had or Suffered with Single double or trible Voucher or by such orther ways or means as shall be by the said Charles Carroll his heirs or assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law Reasonably Advised devised or required at the Proper cost & Charge in the Law of the said Charles Carroll his heirs or assigns Provided Nevertheless & it is the true intent & meaning of these Presents that if the said John Parish his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs Shall well & truely pay unto the said Charles Carroll his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns the said Sum of One hundred & forty one pounds Seventeen Shillings and four pence Sterling & Seventy Six pounds Current money w.th the Lawfull Interest thereof in manner & form following that is to Say twenty one pounds Seventeen Shillings & four pence Sterling with lawfull Interest And also Ten pounds Current money with like interest on the thirteenth Day of Feb.ry next Ensuing at the Publick Court House at Annapolis And twenty pounds sterling & Eleven pounds Current money with Lawfull interest on the thirteenth Day of February Yearly & every Year at the Publick Court af.d untill the said Sums of One hundred & forty one pounds Seventeen Shillings & four pence Sterling & Seventy Six pounds Current money together with the Lawfull Interest thereof shall be fully satisfied & paid Then these Presents & every Article Clause & Covenant therein shall be utterly Void & of none Effect & the said John Parish shall be reseised of & reinvested in all & Singular the Premisses as of his former Estate Any thing in these Presents to the Contrary notwithstanding And the said John Parish for himself his heirs Executors & Adm.rs doth Covenant & agree to & with the said Charles Carroll (his) |
