       of the Provincial Court of Maryland William Peele & acknowledged
       the within instrument as his Act & Deed & the Land and Lot within
       mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Edward
       Fottrell his Heirs & Assignes for Ever according to the Form of the Act
       of Assembly in such Case made and Provided

       Decem.r 4 1739 Then Reced of the within M.r Edward Fottrell for the
       Use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore four Shillings Sterling
       being for the Alienation fyne of the within One hundred Acres

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the twenty Sixth
       Day of January In the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven
       hundred & thirty Nine Between Robert North of Baltimore County
       Gentleman & George Walker of the same County Chyrurgeon of the
       first part Robert Dudley of Ann Arundell County Carpenter Administrator
       of all & Singular the Goods & Chattells Rights & Credits which
       belonged to the Reverend Joseph Hooper late Rector of S.t Pauls
       Parish in the County af.d Deceased of the Second Part & the Reverend
       Benedict Bourdillon Clerk Rector of S.t Pauls Parish in Baltimore
       County af.d of the third Part Whereas the said Joseph Hooper by his
       Testament & last Will bearing date the Eighth Day of July last past
       did Will & Desire that his four Lotts in Baltimore Town whereon
       he then lived w.th all the Appurtenances & Improvements thereof might
       be Sold by Auction or otherwise at the Executors Discretion for the
       Payment of his Debts & of the said Testament & last Will made
       & Constituted the said Robert North & George Walker joint Ex.rs
       as by the said Testament & Last Will relation being thereunto
       had may more at Large Appear And Whereas after the
       Death of the said Joseph Hooper by the Nomination of the said
       Testament & last Will by the Said Robert North & George Walker
       as Ex.rs thereof the said Robert Dudley Obtained Administration
