       of the Estate of the said Joseph Hooper with the said Will Annexed And
       Whereas since the Death of the said Joseph Hooper the said Benedict
       Bourdillon hath Agreed with the said Robert North & George Walker
       by & with the Consent & Approbation of the said Robert Dudley
       Administrator af.d to Purchase the said four Lotts in Baltimore
       Town af.d with the Appurtenances & Improvements thereof & to
       Pay for the Same the Sume of One hundred & fifty pounds Currency
       Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Robert North
       & George Walker pursuant to the said Testament & last Will & in
       Execution of the Trust reposed in them by the same Have by and
       with the Consent & Approbation of the said Robert Dudley Administrator
       ^as^ af.d Signified by his being a party hereto in Consideration of
       One hundred & fifty pound Currency paid or Secured to be paid by
       the said Benedict Bourdillon to the sid Robert Dudley Administrator
       as af.d Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Transferred & Confirmed
       & by these Presents Doe Grant Bargain Sell Alien Transferr
       & Confirme by Virtue of their Power Authority & Trust in & by
       the said Testament Vested in them unto the said Benedict Bourdillon
       his heirs & assigns all those four Lotts in Baltimore Town whereon
       the said Joseph Hooper lived as af.d with all the Appurtenances &
       Improvements thereof & all the Estate Right Title & Interest
       whatsoever which they or Each of them have in or to the said Premisses
       or any Part thereof by Virtue of the said Testament & last Will To have
       And to hold the said Premisses & every part thereof & all their & Each
       of their Estate Right & Title af.d in & to the Same & every part
       thereof unto the said Benedict Bourdillon his heirs & Assigns for
       for ever In Witness whereof the Above Named Robert North George
       Walker & Robert Dudley have hereunto Severally set their
       hands & Affixed their Seals the Day & Year first Above Written
