             To all whom these Presents shall Come We
       Francis Child Esq.r Lord Mayor and the Aldermen of the City
       of London send Greeting Know ye that on the day of
       the Date hereof in the Kings Majesties Court holden before
       us in the Chamber of the Guild hall of the same City
       personally came and appeared William Tudman Clerk to
       James Clement of London Notary publick being a person
       well known and worthy of Good Creditt and did by Solemn
       Oath which he took upon the Holy Evangelists of Almighty
       God then and there before us solemnly and sincearly declare
       Testifie & Depose to be true as followeth vizt W.m Tubman
       Clerk to James Clement of London Notary Publick maketh
       oath that he this Depon.t was present and did see Mary Woodward
       of London Widow sign seal and as her Act and Deed in due form of
       Law Execute and Deliver the originall paper Writing or Letter of
       Attorney hereunto annext to and for the uses intents & purposes
       therein Mencond And this deponent further saith that in Testimony
       of such execution he this Deponent did sign or subscribe
       his Name as a Witness thereto And Lastly this Depo.t
       saith that James Aiking and W.m Dickenson was alsoe present
       at the executing thereof and Did Subscribe their names as
       Witnesses thereto in this Depo.ts presence

             In Faith and Testimony whereof we the Said Lord
           Mayor and Aldermen have Caused the Seal of the Office
       of Mayoralty of the same City to be hereunto put & affixed
