       appearer Declared to Have Made Ordained Constituted Authorized
       and Appointed and by these Presents and by these Presents
       Doth make Ordain Constitute Authorize and Appoint M.r John
       Galloway of West River in Maryland Merchant her true and
       Lawfull Attorney Revokeable for her and in her name and to her
       and to her use to Bargain sell Assign Transferr Remise Release
       Enfeoffe and Confirm & set over unto any person or persons whatsoever
       all & singular her moiety or half part of all & every
       the Tract or Tracts of Land plantations Houses Edifices Messuages
       Tenements and Premisses thereon Erected together
       with all and singular her Moiety or half part of the Stock
       thereon subsisting and appurtenances thereunto belonging
       which the Said Amos Garrett Dyed Possessed of Interested in
       or Intituled unto scituate & being in any part or place in
       Maryland af.d and which hath Decended and now of Right
       Belongs to her the Said Constituent and that for the Most
       and best Consideration or Considerations as her Said Attorney
       shall be able to get or precure for the same and thereupon to
       make Sign Seale and duly execute all Such Acts Writings Conveyances
       and Assurances in the Law whatsoever as the
       purchaser or purchasers of the same or a part thereof
       or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall reasonably
       Devise advise or require and after execution and Delivery
       of all such acts and writings as aforesaid to (illegible) surrender
       and Deliver up Quiet and peaceable possession thereof or
       any part thereof to such purchaser or purchasers and to
       Receive such Considerations or purchase money for the
       same or any part thereof and Generally in & Concerning
       the Premisses to Do perform & execute all & whatsoever
       shall be requisite and necessary as Fully simply and
       effectually to all intents Constructions and purposes as
       she the said Constituant might Could do if personally present
       she said Constituant hereby promising to Ratify
       Confirm and hold for good and valid all and whatsoever
       Her said Attorney Shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done
       in or about the premisses by Vertue of these presents

                      This done and passed in London aforesaid in the
                   Presence of the underwritten Witnesses
