           Came William Kennerly one of the Parties to the within Deed
       of Bargain and sale and acknowledged the within Deed of
       Bargain and Sale to the use of the within Named John
       Lawson as also the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned
       To be the right of the same John Lawson his heirs & assignes
       for ever before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provinciall Court

       Dorchester County fs   Be it Certified that at a County Court
       of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietarie of this province
       that now is held for Dorchester County at Cambridge in y.e
       same County the ninth day of June seventeen hundred and
       Thirty One personally came into the same Court before
       Major Henry Ennalls & his associates Justices of the same Court
       the within mencond Sarah Kennerly Wife of the within
       William Kennerly and the same Sarah acknowledged
