       The Hon.ble Alexander Spotswood Esq.r produced the Hon.ble
       Edward Carteret & Edward Harrison Esq.r his Majesties
       Post Master Generall of all his Majesties Dominions
       in Europe Affrica and America Commission to be sole
       and only Deputy Post Master Generall of all his
       Majesties Provinces & Dominions in North America
       and the West Indies and having taken the oaths
       as the Law enjoyns and signed the Test on his motion
       The Said Commission was admitted to Record
8 1/2 sides

x.d  This Indenture made this first day of November One
       Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty One Between Cap.t
       George Hurt Commander of the Hart Frigett now in Maryland
       of the one part and Mich.ll Macnemara of Ann Arundell
       County Gent of the other part Witnesseth that the said
       George Hurt for and in Consideration of Twenty pounds
       Current Money in hand paid by said Macnemara Doth
       assign release Transferr & make over unto the said Macnemara
       his heirs & assignes all that Lott or Parcell of Ground Lying
       in Baltemore Towne on Patapsco Numbred in the Platt
       A5 Together with all Improvements thereon & appurtenances
       thereto belonging And the said George ^Hurt^ for him his
       his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth Covenant to & with said Macnemara
       his Heirs Ex.rs Admin.rs and Assigns to make further assurance
       thereof to said Macnemara his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns
       if required such as shall be resonably Devised In Witness
       Whereof the said George Hurt hath hereunto put his hand
       and seal the Day and year abovesaid
