       Estate Right & Title of y.e within mentioned Rich.d Snowden Edm.d Jenings
       Jonathan Forward John Galloway Joseph Cowman & John Prichard their heirs
       and Assigns as Ten.ts in Common According to y.e true intent & meaning
       of the within Presents And the said Margarett being privately & out
       of the presence & hearing of her said husband Examined by us Declared
       That She made such Acknowledgement Voluntarily & freely without the
       Compulsion of her said Husband or fear of his ^threats &^ Displeasure
