       To hold the Said Lands & Appurtenances (The Two hundred acres
       Given to his said Son Joseph as af.d Excepted) unto her his said Wife
       Margarett and to her heirs for ever And Also by his said Testament
       and Last Will Did Give and Bequeath unto His Said Son Joseph
       Williams & to the Heirs of his Body lawfully Begotten for Ever
       Two hundred Acres of the said Tract of Land Called Williams's Range
       together with the Plantation & Appurtenances thereon then in the
       Occupation and Possession of his Said Son Joseph Williams and
       the said two hundred Acres were by the said Testament and Last
       Will Directed to be held together at that End of the said Tract
       at which the said Plantation was then Sealed & not Otherwise
       as by the said Testament & Last will Relation being thereunto had
       May more fully & at Large appear And Whereas the said
       Margarett in the said Will Named and Party to these presents
       after the Death of the said Benjamin Williams her Said Husband
       and Testator Intermarryed with the Said Edward Geither party to these Presents
       But before their Intermarriage the Said Edward & Margarett by
       Articles of Agreement made the Seventeenth Day of August Seventeen
       hundred & thirty four Reciting that such Marriage was
       Shortly Intended and that in Order to Invest the said Edward in
       and with & ^an^ Estate for Life in part of the Lands then the Right & Estate
       of the said Margarett and in Order that the said Margarett might
       after Such Marriage had & Solemnized have full Power and
       Lawfully Authority to Give Grant or Dispose of the Reversion of the
       Said Lands after the Decease of the said Edward and also that
       at any time whilst She the said Margarett should be under
       Coverture with the said Edward She might have full Power and
       Lawfull Authority to Give Grant and Dispose of Other Parts or parcells
       of Land & Effects as thereafter were mentioned and which were then the
       Estate of the said Margarett Therefore the said Edward & Margarett
        Parties to the said agreement Did thereby Covenant Grant Conclude & Agree
       with Each Other (amongst other things) that it Should & might be
       Lawfull to & for the sid Margarett at any Time or Times after there her
       Intermarriage with the said Edward and during her Coverture with the said
       Edward Either by her Last will & Testament in Writing or by any
       Writing purporting to be her Last Will & Testament or by any
