Ex.d This Indenture Made the Twenty Ninth Day of September in the
       Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred & thirty Seven Between Joshua
       Earpe Son and Heir of John Earpe and Mary his Wife One of the
       Daughters & Coheirs of William Budd late of Baltimore County of the
       One part and Benjamin Tasker Daniel Dulany Charles Carroll Esquires
       and Charles Carroll Gent of the Other Part Witnesseth that the said
       Joshua Earpes for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten pounds Current Money
       of Maryland to them in hand paid before the Executing these Presents the
       Receipt whereof they do hereby Acknowledge have Bargained Sold Released and
       Confirmed and by these Presents do Bargain Sell Release & Confirm
       unto the said Benjamin Tasker Daniel Dulany Charles Carroll Esquires
       and Charles Carroll Gent their heirs & Assigns for Ever All the Right
       Title Interest Claim & Demand Whatsoever Either in Law or Equity
       of him the said Joshua of in and to all that Tract or Parcell of Land
       Called Timber Neck Lying in Ann Arundell County at Elk Ridge
       Containing by Estimation One hundred & thirty Acres Together with all
       houses Edifices Orchards Proffits Advantages and Priviledges Whatsoever
       to the said Tract of Land belonging or Appertaining To have and To
       hold the af.d Tract or Parcell thereof with Every of their Rights
       Remisses and Every Part and Parcell thereof with Every of their Rights
       Members & Appurtenances to the said Benjamin Tasker Daniel Dulany
       Charles Carroll Esquires and Charles Carroll Gen.t their heirs and Assigns
       for ever to the Only Use of them the said Benjamin Tasker Daniel
       Dulany Charles Carroll & Charles Carroll^ their heirs & assigns and to no Other Use
       Intent or purpose Whatsoe ver And the said Joshua Earpe doth Covenant
       and Agree to and with the said Benjamin Tasker Daniel Dulany
       Charles Carroll & Charles Carroll their heirs & assigns that they the
       Same Benjamin Tasker Daniel Dulany Charles Carroll & Charles
       Carroll their heirs & assigns shall & may at all times forever
       hereafter peaceably and Quietly have hold use Occupy Possess & Enjoy
       all & Singular the hereby Bargained Premisses with their Appurtenances
       without the Set Trouble hindrance Molestation Interruption or Deniall
       of him the sid Joshua and Mary or any person or persons Claiming
       or to Claim from by or under them ^or any of them^ In Testimony Whereof the said
       Joshua Earpe hath to them these presents Set his and & Seal the
       Day & Year first above Written                                  his
