       Deed to be his Act & Deed & the Lands & Premisses therein mentioned to be the
       Uses Intents & Purposes therein mentioned & to no Other Uses intent or
       Purposes Whatsoever                                    Henry Evans

These are to Certifie all whom it Shall or may Concern that the Above Subscribers
                         Mess.rs Henry Evans & Ebenez Blakiston is two of his Lordships
    the seal          Justices of the Peace for Kent County in Maryland they being
        of              thereunto Lawfully Commissioned and Sworn In Testimony
    Kent Co.ty    whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & Affixed the Publick Seale
                         of the County af.d this Ninth Day of July In the Year of our Lord 1737

       Provincial Court the within Named John Sutton & Jane his Wife & Acknowledged the

       to the Uses Intents & Purposes therein Mentioned And to no Other Uses Intents
       or Purposes whatsoever And at the Same time the said Jane being Privately
       Examined by me Out of the hearing of her Said Husband Declared that She
       Made Such her Acknowledgment freely and without any Constraint or threats
       or fear of Ill Usage from her Said Husband before me
