(547) Perches then South fifty Degrees West twenty four Perches then South thirty Seven Degrees East Eight Perches then South thirty five Degrees West twenty Eight Perches then South twenty five Degrees East thirty Eight Perches then a Streight Line to the beginning af.d Containing & now laid Out for One thousand & forty acres of Land more or Less To have & to hold the Said Tract of Land Called Langfords Neck so resurveyed as af.d unto him the Said John Smithers his heirs & Assignes for Ever Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said John Sutton & John Smithers for themselves & Each of them their & Each of their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes Do Covenant Promise Grant Declare & Agree to & with Each Other their & Each of their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes by these Presents that the true Intent of the said recovery & of the Parties thereunto & these Presents was & Is & it is by these Presents & the Parties hereunto Declared that the Said Comon Recovery & all Effects thereof Shall be & Enure & Shall be Construed & Taken to be & Enure to the only uses Intents & Purposes hereafter mentioned (that is to Say as to all that Part of the Said Tract of Land Called Langfords Neck and so much thereof as is Contained within the following Meets & Bounds) to witt Beginning at the End of the North fourty four Degrees West fifty Eight Perches Line of Langfords Neck Resurveyed being the forty Sixth Course of Said Land & running thence North Seventy Nine Degrees East forty Eight Perches South twenty Degrees East twenty one Perches North Sixty four Degrees East thirty Perches South fifty Six Degrees East Sixty Perches North Eighty Six Degrees East Eighteen Perches North thirty Degrees West Eighteen Perches South Seventy Nine Degrees West Eighteen Perches North forty Eight Degrees West forty Perches North fifty Six Degrees West forty Perches North thirty five Degrees West Eighteen Perches North forty three Degrees East fourteen Perches North West one hundred & fifty Perches South Sixty Eight Degrees West one hundred & four Perches South Easterly one hundred Eighty & Six Perches to a marked Chesnut Tree & from the said Tree with a Streight Line to the beginning to the Only Use & behoof of him the said John Smithers his heirs & Assignes for Ever and as to all & Every the rest residue & remaining Part of the Said Tract of Land Called Langfords Neck to the use & behoof of the Said John Smithers Party to these Presents for & During the Term of his Natural life & from & after his Decease to & for the Uses and Behoffs of John Smithers & Nathaniel Smithers Sons of the said John Smithers party to these Presents and their heirs & assignes Equally to be Divided between them as Tenants in Common & to no Other (Uses) |
