(545) East from the End of the West South West three hundred & twenty Perches to the said Pine on the South by the Said Creek & River Containing fifteen hund.d Acres more or Less with the Appurtenances lying in Kent County af.d unto which said Writ the Said John Smithers Did appear & did Vouch to Warranty Thomas Reynolds who being Present in Court in his Proper Person Warranted the Lands & Tenements with the Appurtenances af.d to the Said John Smithers And Afterwards made Default whereby a Good & Perfect Common Recovery of the said Premisses with Single Voucher According to the form of Common Recoverys in Such Case Used was in Due form of Law Suffered & Executed And Whereas the said John Smithers before the Suffering of the said Recovery did on the Seventeenth Day of April in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred & thirty five Resurvey the Said Tract of Land Called Langfords Neck & upon Such Resurvey Did obtain his Lordships Patent or Grant of Confirmation bearing Date the tenth Day of June Seventeen hundred & thirty Six of the Said Tract of Land Called Langfords Neck by Meets Bounds & Courses following Viz.t Beginning at a Bounded Ceder Post Standing near the Spott where the Stump of the Originall Beginning Pine Tree stands On the East Side of Grays Inn Creek &c And running from said Post do Down the Several Meanders of Grays Inn Creek to Chester River as follows (Viz.t) South twenty one Degrees West twenty four Perches then South Fifty five Degrees East forty Perches then South twenty two Degrees East Eighteen Perches then South Eighty one Degrees East twenty Perches then South Seventy Degrees East Eighteen Perches then South thirty Six Degrees East thirty Perches then South Sixty four Degrees East fourteen Perches Then North forty Degrees East Sixty Perches Then North ten Degrees West Sixteen Perches then South Sixty one Degrees East thirty Perches then South fifty two Degrees West thirty Perches then South Nineteen Degrees West Eighteen Perches then South twenty Eight Degrees East fourteen Perches then South Sixty one Degrees East fifteen Perches then South Eighty Nine Degrees East Eighteen Perches then North Sixty One Degrees East fifteen Perches then South thirty Six Degrees East twenty two Perches then South thirty five Degrees West forty five Perches then South Nineteen Degrees & thirty Minits East fifteen Perches then South Nine Degrees East twenty three Perches then South Sixty Eight Degrees East Sixteen Perches then South fourteen Degrees West Sixteen Perches then South fifteen Degrees East forty four Perches then South forty two Degrees East twenty Eight Perches then South Nineteen Degrees East (Twenty) |
