      Being by me Privately Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband Declared that
       she Gave up all her Right of Dower to the Lands & Premisses within mentioned
       & Acknowledged the same to be the right & Estate of the within Named John Orrick
       his heirs & assigns for ever & that she made the Same Acknowledgment willingly
       & freely & without being Induced thereto by fears or threats of or ill usage
       by her Husband or four of his Displeasure According to the true Intent
       and meaning of the within Deed & the Act of Assembly of this Province in such
       Case Made & Provided Taken & Acknowledged the Day & Year above menconed
                   before

       for the use of the Right Honourable the Lord Baltimore being for the

x.d  This Indenture made the twenty Second Day of June
       In the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Seven
       Between John Sutton of Ann Arundell County Wheelright of the one part
       & John Smithers of Kent County Planter of the Other Part Whereas the
       Said John Sutton in May Term last past did Commence Prosecute & Bring
       One Writ of Entry Sur Disseizin against the said John Smithers thereby Demanding
       all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Langfords Neck lying on the East
       Side of Chesepeake Bay & on the North Side of a River in the said Bay called
       Chester River Begining at a marked Pine Tree on the East Side of a Creek called
       Grays Inn Creek Running South East Down the Creek three hundred and
       Ninety Perches to the River then North East & by North by the River Side
       two hundred & fifteen Perches to a Bay Called Langfords Bay Bounding
       on the East by a line Drawn North up the Bay three hundred & twenty
       Perches On the north by a Line Drawn West South West five
       hundred twenty & five Perches on the West by a Line drawn South
