       And Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the Said John Orrick his heirs
       & Assignes as well against him the Said Vachel Denton & his heirs as also against
       all & Every person or persons claiming by from or under him the Said Vachel
       Denton & his heirs shall & will at all times for ever hereafter Warrant &
       Defend by these Presents And that he the said Vachel Denton & his heirs Shall &
       will from time to time & at all times hereafter at the reasonable request Cost &
       Charge in the Law of him the Said John Orrick his heirs & assigns Doe make
       Acknowledge Suffer & Execute or Cause to be made done Acknowledged Suffered
       & Execute any other or further Deed or Instrument in writing Such as the said
       John Orrick his heirs & Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law
       Shall reasonably devise advise or or Require for the further & better assureance
       Surety & Sure making Over the tract of Land & Premisses aforementioned
       unto him the Said John Orrick his heirs & Assignes for Ever So as Such Deed
       or Instrument in Writeing contain no Other or further Warrantie therein
       then is above mencioned In Wittness whereof the Partie to these Presents
       first above named hath hereunto Set his hand & Affixed his Seale the Day
       & Year first Above Written

       Sterling money of Great Britain in full for the Consideration of the Land

                         Then Came the within Named Vachel Denton before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court & Acknowledged

       John Orrick his heirs & Assignes for ever And at the Same
       time Came Anne the wife of the s.d Vachel Denton which s.d Anne
