x.d  This Indenture made the tenth Day of August Anno Domini one thousand
       Seven hundred thirty & Seven Between Vachel Denton of the City of Annapolis
       in Ann Arundell County Merchant of the one Part & John Orrick of the Same
       County Planter of the Other Part Witnesseth that the said Vachel Denton for &
       in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty five Pounds Sterling money of Great
       Britain to him already in hand paid by the said John Orrick the receipt
       whereof he the said Vachel Denton Doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof & from Every
       part & Parcell thereof Doth hereby Exonerate Acquit & Discharge the s.d John
       Orrick his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes for Ever by these Presents Hath Given
       Granted bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Confirmed & made Over & by these
       Presents he the said Vachel Denton Doth for himself & his heirs give Grant
       bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe & Confirm & make Over unto the s.d John Orrick
       his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes for Ever All that tract or Parcell of Land
       Granted by Pattent Issuing out of his Lordships Land Office unto William
       Rawlings dated the twenty fifth Day of October Seventeen hundred thirty &
       One Called Williams Lott lying in Baltimore County on the South Side
       of Gwinns falls Begining at two bounded Chesnutt trees bothe Proceeding
       out of one Root Standing on a Ridge on the South Side Scutts Levell branch
       between a Great Glade ^and^ af.d the said Branch & runing thence North Seventy One
       & A half Degrees East one hundred & Twenty Perches then South by West
       One hundred & Ninety two Perches then South Sixty four Degrees West
       fifty two Perches then South thirty five Degrees West fifty perches then
       North West Ninety Perches then by a Direct Line to the first bounded trees
       Containing & Laid out for one hundred & fifty Acres of Land more or Less
       Together with all & Singular the Woods Timber & Timber Trees Improvem.ts
       Conveniences & Advantages to the said Tract of Land belonging or in Any manner
       of way Appertaining to the Sole & only use & behoof of the Said John Orrick
       his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & to nother use Intent or Purpose whats
       Whatsoever To have & to hold the af.d one hundred & fifty Acres of Land
       & Premisses as aforementioned unto him the said John Orrick his heirs &
       Assigns for Ever And the s.d Vachel Denton Doth hereby for himself
       his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to & with the
       Said John Orrick his heirs & Assignes that he the said Vachel Denton &
       his heirs the Tract of Land aforementioned with the Premisses
