       Whatsoever hereafter Claim Challenge or Demand any Estate or Interest
       of in & to the Same Premisses or any Part thereof but from all Action Right
       Estate title Interest & Demand of in & to the Same Premisses & Every of them
       shall & will be Utterly Excluded & for Ever Debarred by these Presents
       In Witness whereof the Parties hereunto have Interchangeably Set

       Acknowledged the within Deed & the Lands & Premisses therein mentioned
       to be the Right & Estate of the within Named Samuel Ogle his
       heirs & Assigns for Ever & the said Ann being Examined a Part from
       her Said Husband Declared she did the Same freely & Willingly &
       Without Threats ill usage or fear of his Displeasure

                            Then reced of his Excellency the Governour one Pound thirteen
       Shillings & Nine Pence Sterling being for the Alienation Five of the w.thin
