       Heirs & Assigns for Ever All that tract or Parcell of Land heretofore Called Catton
       but now Called Bell Air with the Appurtenances Lying & being in Prince Georges
       County And also One hundred Acres of Land Part of a Tract of Land Called
       Enfield Chase with the Appurtenances lying & being in the County af.d And
       Also one other Tract or Parcell of Land Called Woodcocks Range with the
       Appurtenances lying & being in the County af.d To have & to hold One Moiety
       of the Said Lands Tenements Hereditaments & Premisses unto the Said
       recited Indenture of Bargain & Sale reference being thereunto had may
       More fully & at Large Appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that the said Benjamin Tasker & Ann his wife for & in Consideration of the
       Sum of two hundred & fifty Pounds of Lawfull money of Great Britain to
       the said Benjamin Tasker in hand Paid by the said Sam.l Ogle at or
       before the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents (the receipt & Payment
       whereof the said Benjamin Tasker doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof
       & of Every Part & Parcell thereof Doth Clearly Exonerate Acquit & Discharge
       the Said Sam.l Ogle his heirs Executors & Adm.rs & Every of them by these
       Presents) have remised released Confirmed & for Ever quit Claimed And
       by these Presents Do for themselves & their heirs fully Clearly & Absolutely
       remise release Confirm & for ever quit Claim unto the Said Sam.l Ogle
       his heirs & Assigns for Ever All the Estate Right title Property Interest
       Claim & Demand Whatsoever which they the said Benjamin Tasker &
       Ann his Wife now have or which they or Either of them their heirs or
       Either of their heirs hereafter may or Ought to have in or to all the
       Said Lands Tenements Hereditaments & Premisses with the Appurtenances
       or any Part or Parcell thereof To have & to hold all & Singular the
       Said Lands Tenements & Premisses & Every Part & Parcell thereof
       with their & Every of their Appurtenances to the Said Samuel Ogle
       his heirs & Assigns for Ever To the only Use & behoof of the Said Samuel
       Ogle his heirs & Assigns for Ever So that nither the Said Benjamin
       Tasker & Ann his Wife nor their heirs nor Any other Person or
       Persons for them or Either of them or in their or Either of their
